Our client in Ridley Park is seeking an Employee Relations Coordinator to assist with the daily administration of department activities. The Employee Relations Coordinator will be responsible for providing information to employees regarding policies and regulations, and assisting with various issues and investigations. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in human resources and 2-3 years of relevant experience.


Duties include, but are not limited to:
Assist with new employee orientation
Initial point of contact for all employee relation's issues
Keep faculty abreast of processes and procedures relating to performance management, progressive discipline, promotions, etc.
Assist with investigation
Prepare various reports and employee relations/discrimination claims
Assist in resolving personnel actions, performance issues, etc.
Provide training and information on various topics (affirmative action, performance management, resolving conflict, etc.)
Conduct exit interviews or analyze data as needed
Process unemployment claims
Prepare and maintain records and files
Schedule meetings and events, and gather necessary information
Answer department phones and greet visitors
Provide general administrative support to department
Other duties as assigned



Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
2-3 years related experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Must be able to maintain confidentiality
Detail-oriented
Adept at multitasking
Prior experience in higher education or non-profit environment preferred
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
